Ayer fui a la agencia con mi esposo y una de las “señoritas” estaba vestida con una falda blanca transparente y tejida donde no dejaba nada a la imaginación, parecía que estaba vestida para trabajar en un congal en vez de una agencia que se supone es respetable; El mes pasado misma experiencia con la señora que se sienta justo al lado de ella, más interesada en vendernos una póliza de vida que resolver nuestro problema, mostrando vulgarmente sus pechos hacia nosotros. Tendré que buscar una agencia que muestre más respeto por sus clientes. Totalmente inaceptable!"

04/04/2026 Update: My coverage is supposed to be the same as the previous coverage with the last company. Now years later, only ever using my insurance one time for a windshield replacement with my last company where it was zero deductible. You should be ashamed. I used my glass coverage before bringing services to you so I know for a fact I had glass coverage."
