"I didn’t receive a call when my rates increased and when I randomly got charged $13.75 one month, and then $535 the next one. It balanced out, sure, but a call to inform me would’ve been nice. But they sure called me the day before that $535 was due to remind me it was due! Their kindness and patience is a front in my experience. Not insuring with them again. Hate to sound rude, but I’m not going to be mistreated like this. Own up, State Farm. Fix your mistakes."
